How long does shipping take?

Orders may take 1-3 business days for processing before being shipped. All orders are shipped standard and will typically take 3-7 business days to be delivered.

Please note: Klora is not liable if carrier experiences delay.

How do I cancel my subscription?

How to cancel your subscription:

1. Click "HERE"and sign in or get a magic link if you don't remember creating an account and setting your password.

2. Once signed in, click on "Manage Subscription"

3. Click on "Subscriptions"

4. Scroll down and click on "Cancel subscription" and select the reason for your cancelation

5. Click "Next" followed by "Cancel"

How does the subscription work?

By subscribing to our Gut-Renew Monthly Kit and/or Vegan Bloat-Digest Monthly Kit, you are agreeing to a recurring monthly charge (every 28 days) and authorize Klora to charge your payment on file at the beginning of your subscription period. Once your recurring order goes through, your refill will be shipped.

What is your return / refund policy?

We offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, please reach out to support@getklora.com within the first 30 days if you are not happy with your order. Klora products are consumables and all sales are final and are not eligible for refund. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our customer support team directly at support@getklora.com for further assistance.

What’s the difference between “good” and “bad bacteria”?

The gut microbiome has both “good” and “bad” bacteria residing inside of it. They are both kept in balance by a healthy gut barrier function and immune system. When the “bad” bacteria dominate then dysbiosis can occur. This leads to an imbalanced gut microbiota which can cause digestive issues*

How long will it take to start seeing results?

While the active ingredients in Klora have been proven to work, how quickly they work can vary based on lifestyle, pre-existing medical conditions, medications, and other factors. Results may vary. Most customers can see a difference with our Gut-Renew after 3 months of CONSISTENT USE at least 5x per week. Bloat-Digest is more immediate since it is a digestive enzyme blend and is intended to be taken before or at first bite of big meals to help reduce bloating, indigestion and facilitate nutrient absorption*

Will any of the products interfere with my birth control?

We suggest consulting with your physician prior to use if you are taking any prescribed medications including contraceptives*

What is a Synbiotic?

Synbiotic is a product that contains a combination of either prebiotics, probiotics, or postbiotics.

What do the terms gut microbiome, gut microbiota and gut flora mean?

The gut microbiome (gut flora) is the all of microorganisms, bacteria, viruses, protozoa, and fungi, and their collective genetic material that is in the gastrointestinal tract (GI). It plays important roles in both the maintenance of health and the pathogenesis of disease.

Gut microbiome “dysbiosis” means that there has been an alteration in the composition and function of the gut microbiome its barrier.

Are your ingredients Gluten-Free?

None of our formulas or ingredients contain any gluten.

Are there any side effects to Klora products?

Klora products are generally safe to use without any reported side effects, but as with any health supplement consult with your physician before use.

What are probiotics?

Probiotics are supplements or foods that contain viable microorganisms that alter the microbiome of the gut (AKA good gut bacteria)*

Do your products contain dairy, sugar, nuts, and/or soy?

Our products do not contain sugar, nuts or soy. However, our Gut-Renew's 2'FL is a component found in breast milk. Note: Every effort is made to ensure our production and ingredients do not come in contact these allergens however, there is always a risk of contamination.

How and where should I store Klora supplements?

For optimal potency, Klora supplements should be stored in a cool and dry place. Refrigeration for our non-probiotic products is not necessary.

Can I use klora products if I’m already taking anxiety medication, ADHD medication or antidepressants?

We kindly suggest consulting with your physician prior to use if you are taking any prescribed medications including antidepressants or ADHD medication.

What are prebiotics?

Prebiotics are supplements or foods that contain a non-digestible ingredient that selectively stimulates the growth and activity of beneficial gut microbes*

Essentially, prebiotics are what feed the good bacteria in your gut (AKA prebiotics are the food for probiotics)*

What are postbiotics?

Postbiotics are byproducts of probiotic microorganisms that have biologic activity in the body through the gut-brain-body axis*

How is Gut-Renew different than any other supplements?

The Gut-Renew capsules are a combination of two powerful ingredients that help promote good bacteria and support the cells of the digestive system at the same time. 2’Fl is a powerful human milk oligosaccharide (HMO) prebiotic that is identical to the molecular structure found in breast milk. It helps immune function by feeding the good bacteria and by increasing microbiome diversity.

Butyrate in the form of Tributyrin provides energy for the cells in the large intestine. It promotes the formation of healthy digestive cells, modulates immune function and helps the integrity of the GI barrier.

My Gut-Renew pills have a slight odor and taste bitter...is this normal?

Yes, it's completely normal. The butyrate (liquid postbiotic) evaporates and leaves a bitterness on the outside of the pill. This is normal and just means that the post-biotic is potent. We recommend taking the pills with a large glass of water to reduce any bitterness*

Can I take Gut-Renew and Bloat-Digest supplements together?

Yes! Many people have issues with bloating and digestion and our Vegan Bloat-Digest Enzymes can be used with Gut-Renew*

What's the maximum amount of bloat-digest supplement I can take in a day?

1-2 pills is the recommended dose. 4 pills per day is the maximum dose.
